We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the team as a Lead Recruiter to help us in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. The perfect candidate should excel in crafting effective recruitment strategies, utilizing cutting-edge technology, and fostering strong candidate relationships. They should have a strong ability to understand hiring requirements, lead a team of recruiters, amend recruitment strategies in an agile environment, streamline the hiring process, and align talent acquisition with business objectives.


Roles and Responsibilities -


Understanding Hiring Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of open positions from the respective Hiring Managers/Clients
  • Determine selection criteria (Project details, Timeline, Work Timings, Location, Candidate capabilities, Selection Process)
  • Determine best suitable strategy to fill the position in optimized timeline
  • Interact with higher management to understand future roadmap and contribute in forecasting open positions and align recruitment team according to upcoming requirements
  • Have thorough understanding of org structure, identify the anticipated gaps and plan to mitigate risks


Development of Hiring Capabilities

  • Develop recruitment process starting from getting a position requirement to candidate on boarding
  • Develop standard and customized recruitment strategies to accommodate specific requirements and urgency
  • Evolve recruitment strategies continuously based on internal & client feedback
  • Lead a team of recruiters by allocating open positions to them, monitoring the progress, contributing to amend strategies for faster results, assisting recruiters to attract talent and pre boarding activities
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients


Issuing Offer Letters 

  • Crafting Offer Letters for candidates
  • Compensation negotiations with candidates


Pre Onboarding

  • Understand organization philosophy, vision, roadmap to broadcast to potential candidate in effective manner
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with candidates about the expectations, joining formalities
  • Drive all pre onboarding activities to engage the candidates such as team meetings, coffee connects etc


People Connect

  • Establish and build professional network to encourage reference based hirings
  • Represent Torinit brand at various online & offline platforms to attract talent

Required Experience - 


  • Proven 6 years plus experience of Technical Hiring - Entry level, Middle and Higher Level hiring
  • Experience in working with team of recruiters
  • 4 Years of experience of leading recruitment team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and community engagement skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic Knowledge of legal, regulatory and other compliances surrounding recruitment
